When a user purchases a ticket or subscription from a Paywall (Entitlement Gate) on your site, they receive a receipt confirming their purchase.
You can use the"Profile" section of Maestro to:
- Customize your receipt Name and Image
- Add "Access Instructions" help text (200 character max)
- Add a Support Email and/or Link
Start by navigating to "Profile", under the Settings section, near the bottom of the admin bar:
Basic Receipt Customization: here you can add your "Customer Name" (your publicly facing business or event name), add a "Customer Logo" (max size: 200x200) and also add a short text blurb.
Support Contact Settings: further down, you will see the option to add a "Support Email" and/or a "Support website/link". The "Support Email" field is required, while the "Website/Link" is optional.
Note: If you are paying for Maestro Viewer Support, these fields are not required. Additionally, you will not be able to use "maestro.io" domain names in these fields unless you are paying for Maestro Viewer Support.
