      How to Export a Chat

      Learn how to export a chat to a CSV file.

      Export your Maestro Chat to archive and save to your records.

      You can follow these steps to export the chat to a CSV file:

      1. Click the gear icon on the bottom left of the chat panel 
      2. Enter the date and time range for the export 
      3. Click "Export CSV"
      4. Save the CSV file once it downloads locally

      Please note that the timestamp that is downloaded is in Epoch/Unix time. There are Excel converters that can convert this into a date/time format.
