How to Grant Access to a Ticket or Subscription
Learn how to grant access to a ticket or subscription for a specific user.
Granting a user access to a ticket or subscription is done via the Community dashboard.
- Open "Community" from your admin navigation bar to get started
- Search for the user by name, username, or email
- Click "View Profile" next to the desired user
- Next to Tickets or Subscriptions, click "Grant ticket or subscription"
- Next to the desired Ticket or Subscription, click "Grant" (Note: You can only grant access to one ticket or subscription at a time)
The user will now have access, and the method will state "Manually granted".
