How to Grant Access to a Ticket or Subscription

Learn how to grant access to a ticket or subscription for a specific user.

Granting a user access to a ticket or subscription is done via the Community dashboard. 

  1. Open "Community" from your admin navigation bar to get started
  2. Search for the user by name, username, or email 
  3. Click "View Profile" next to the desired user 
  4. Next to Tickets or Subscriptions, click "Grant ticket or subscription"
  5. Next to the desired Ticket or Subscription, click "Grant" (Note: You can only grant access to one ticket or subscription at a time)

The user will now have access, and the method will state "Manually granted".
