If you were unable to watch the stream due to a technical reason, please email support@maestro.io. Please include the following information: 

  • Device and browser you attempted to view on
  • The live stream event you were unable to watch
  • The issue that prevented you from watching
    • Include as much detail as possible and screenshots, if applicable 

If you were unable to watch the stream due to non-technical reason, please visit the website of the host of the live stream, and inquire about their refund policy.
