My Free Trial Has Expired

What to do if your Free Trial has expired and you want to continue with Maestro

After your 14 Day Free Trial, you will need make sure a valid credit card is on file in your account.

To verify your plan and credit card

  • Go to your Maestro Site:
    • You must be logged in with your email and password used for your Trial

      Hint: It is the one that you would have received correspondences from us on
  • If your Trial has expired, you will be presented with the following screen
  • Enter a valid credit card number and click 'Purchase'
  • You have now unlocked your site and can continue to make updates and Go-Live
