How to Refund a Subscription

Learn how to refund an individual subscription on Maestro.

Refunding an individual subscription on Maestro is easy. All you have to do is follow these seven steps:
  1. Choose "Community" from the admin tab
  2. Search for the user via name or email 
  3. Next to the desired user, click "View Profile"
  4. Under the "Subscription" section, find the subscription in question 
  5. Click "Cancel" under the Actions section 
  6. Keep the default option to cancel "Immediately" 
  7. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Important Notes

  • The refund amount will be the full amount of their most recent payment 
  • Canceling the subscription immediately will result in the removal of access for the user
  • Selecting the "End of Current Period" option will not allow a refund to be processed
