Learn about video players that are compatible with Maestro.
Maestro is video player agnostic, which means you can use almost any video player or stream URL. Maestro supports some players that are native to third-party streaming platforms, which means we pull in the metadata from the source.
Supported Video URLs
- Twitch
- YouTube
- Vimeo
*Note: Private videos cannot be displayed on Maestro.
Non-Native Players
For players that are not native, or "out of the box," the iFrame video type can be used to support that player since most are powered by that technology. You shouldn't have any issues unless there are domain permission issues.
If you have a question about a specific player or are interested in using Maestro's Streaming service, please reach out to support by completing this form.
Native Integrations
Maestro also has integrations with certain livestreaming providers. Wowza customers can connect their Wowza account and thereby livestream seamlessly using their Maestro site to add paywall and interactivity components.
For customers interested in real-time streaming with sub-millisecond latency capabilities, Maestro has an integration with Dolby.io. Dolby.io customers can integrate their account and thereby livestream seamlessly using their Maestro site to add paywall and interactivity components.
To use these integrations, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
