How Do Recurring Subscriptions Work?

Maestro offers recurring video subscriptions that are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew one month or one year from the purchase date, depending on how you set it up.

You can set your subscriptions up to auto-renew under "Frequency" when you create a ticket or subscription.

All viewers are charged on the same day they subscribe. For example, if a viewer purchases a monthly subscription on June 15th, the viewer will be charged again on July 15th.
